Messila has ten slopes & ten lifts. All the slopes are a perfect for beginner snowboarders & since the slopes open at 10am and close at 9pm, you can get up to 11 hours boarding in one day (though we suggest splitting the day into two sessons of 4 hrs).

Finland gets cold & we mean REALLY cold. Its not unusual to have temperatures of -30, so we suggest dressing warm. On the flip side, this guarantees snow during winter & we get to do great things like skiing across the lake, going ice-fishing & snow BBQs.
