Our gourmet catered chalet holiday is run by Jan-Erik Paul, a professional chef at Sexy Cooking, a catering company & cookery school in Bournemouth. The fully catered option includes continental breakfast & three course evening meals (starter, main & dessert).
Gourmet food that is your choice
Before arriving at our catered chalet in Finland, you will be asked your food preferences (fish, pork, beef or chicken) & favourite types of dishes (e.g. curry dishes, pasta dishes, grilled meats, etc). This allows us to create a menu that reflects your palette, making our catered chalet experience a tastier one for you!

Our food experience comes from having been to dozens of other catered chalets to learn what works & what doesn’t.
It’s pretty simple really – everyone it unique, so with our maximum capacity of 4 people, we cater to YOUR gourmet requirements.
